16th Karmapa meditation Start: 8pm Suitable for newcomers and experienced practitioners. Thursdays are our busiest sessions which usually start with a 10-minute talk on a Buddhist topic, given by a member of the group. This is followed by a 16th Karmapa Meditation, guided by an experienced Buddhist practitioner. Thursdays are a good chance to get to know more of the friends who practice at the centre as we often have a social activity after the session. |
