Donations
We absolutely need donations for our project and ask you to give whatever you can to this project. Our strength is in our numbers, the many people who get inspired and show their generosity. The more money we have at the beginning the better position we will be in. We need around £1.5 million to buy the New London Centre, and a minimum of £250,000 on our account for the deposit. We currently have £108,000 that was raised from previous courses and events. Over the next three months from 5th April to July 5th 2008 we hope to reach and exceed £250,000. This can be achieved if 200 people each give £750 or 400 people give £375.

In addition to a donation you may also like to consider taking a individual loan from a bank or offering to become a guarantor and agreeing to pay this off over a few years. Of course we also hope that everyone will be creative in the centres by finding different ways to fundraise: gala nights, auctions, car-boot sales, selling merchandise or private goods on eBay and much more. The more you can do as a centre the more fun and effective you shall be.

Donations can be transferred to our account with Triodos Bank in the UK, or if you wish to transfer Euros then via the Diamond Way Foundation (Buddhismus Stiftung Diamantweg) account in Germany.

Gift Aid

Please remember to fill out a Gift Aid declaration so that we can claim back any UK tax you have paid. Each person only needs to do this once.
